Wilton Greens is growing rapidly and we’re excited to share some key updates as we continue building a connected and vibrant community. In 2024, over 60 homes have been completed, with many more to come. Civil works for Stages G, H, K, and F are progressing well, with lot registrations anticipated in 2025. Brand-new display homes from McDonald Jones Homes, Montgomery Homes, and Eden Brae Homes are now open for viewing.

Looking ahead to early 2025, construction will begin on the site entry statement and acoustic walls, creating a welcoming and striking entrance to Wilton Greens. Work on Flagship Park 1A will also commence, incorporating exciting new design enhancements.

Did you know Wilton Greens will be approx. 50km's from the new Western Sydney International Airport? The first plane recently landed on the new runway.

The testing and commissioning of the airport’s Aeronautical Ground Lights, High Intensity Approach Lights and associated navigation lighting involved an aircraft landing.

A Piper Twin Comanche had this prestigious honour – with an enthusiastic crowd of locals, enthusiasts and employees on hand at the Western Sydney International Airport Experience Centre to witness history.

Final opportunity to enter closes Friday 11 October, 2024. Wilton Greens is running a park naming and drawing competition for its flagship local park in the middle of Stage 1.

The theme for the artwork is either landscape or heritage relating to the Wollondilly Shire. The artwork must be submitted with a brief statement on the creation and inspiration behind it. The new park will be named after the winning artwork.
Three categories - one winner for each category: Public entry. Open to everyone in the area and surrounding regions, High school students and Primary school students.

Prizes:
• $500 e-gift voucher: for one overall winner (chosen from the three winners).
• $200 e-gift voucher x 2: for two winners from the other two categories.
The winning entries (all categories) will be announced and featured on the Wilton Greens Facebook and Instagram pages on 1 November 2024. T&C apply.
