NORTHBRIDGE | FYVE has lodged a Development Application for our latest project in Northbridge.

Designed by acclaimed WMK Architecture, the proposal comprises a boutique collection of 31 residences, positioned moments to the popular Northbridge Plaza and town centre and a short drive to the Sydney CBD. Spanning six levels above basement parking, the development has been designed with owner occupiers and downsizers in mind, with generous, functional layouts and expansive private open spaces to take advantage of the site’s leafy aspect and view corridors.
