ROSE BAY | DA Approved Development approval has been secured for Rose Bay, advancing FYVE’s next residential project in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Designed by PBD Architects, the project will deliver 19 residences in a tightly held harbourside location, moments from the foreshore and an easy 200m walk to Rose Bay village.

Our Rose Bay project was approved under the State Government’s Low and midrise housing policy, a policy which rezoned well connected, amenity rich areas that had been previously under-zoned.
