We are actively looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent which is willing and able to Built up Our Real Estate Branch.

The sales position involves listing and selling real estate, forming relationships with buyers and sellers and assisting them in reaching their property dreams. You will receive support by being provided leads by our other agents. You have no need to chase down vendor paid marketing as we offer our vendors no upfront costs, and unlike other agencies that offer free advertising we do offer premium marketing.
You will enjoy prospecting and meeting new people, and above all else, you will have the drive and desire to be successful in the Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting to obtain listings of properties for sale
- Preparing and conducting open homes and private inspections
- Liaising with vendors and prospective buyers
- Providing regular feedback to vendors
- Conducting market appraisals for prospective vendors
- Planning, designing and conducting appropriate marketing and selling strategies
Essential skills and attributes include:
- A current Real Estate License..
- Current Drivers Licence and a clean, roadworthy vehicle & mobile phone.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong relationship development skills.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously.
- Well-developed organisational skills.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- A strong commitment to getting the best outcome for every customer
On Offer:
Much higher than standard commission splits (75% plus for the right candidates)
