The Lake Houses Project Update 3
Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

With the site clearing and levelling largely completed work on the giant OSD (On Site Detention) Stormwater Tank continues, together with the installation of utility services and construction of some pretty substantial retaining walls!

Please note that my daughter is not actually operating the machine at the time of the photograph, she always wears a hard when working on the site!

This project is a great example of EQ Property's strategy for wealth Creation. Property Investment that capitalises on both: Organic Price Growth delivered by the location, and
Manufactured Price Growth delivered by the development of the site. In this case two new homes.
