Billicorp Announcement!!

I'm excited to announce a significant milestone for Billicorp; that we have merged with one of Australia's leading real estate groups, LJ Ho**er. The new venture will see us expand our operations in South Sydney to capitalise on the strength and systems of LJ Ho**er Corporate, the success and directorship of LJ Ho**er Inner City director Warren Duncan and, of course, the know-how of my dynamic Billicorp team.

The merger has seen us locate to LJ Ho**er's head office in Alexandria, just down from our former premise, where we will continue to trade as Billicorp until we rebrand as LJ Ho**er Commercial South Sydney early next year.

LJ Ho**er Commercial South Sydney is a joint venture between LJ Ho**er Corporate and Warren Duncan. I will continue to helm Billicorp, and then LJ Ho**er Commercial South Sydney, as Director of Sales and I'm pleased to let you know my existing senior team of Rachel, Fallon and Peta have also come across to join the new venture.

For us, and for you with Billicorp, it is absolutely business as usual as you will receive the same personalised, quality senior attention from my team that you're accustomed to. In terms of business and new opportunities though you will now benefit from the reach of LJ Ho**er's international network of 700 offices.
