We’re excited to see North Kellyville Stage 1 continue to take shape, bringing us one step closer to delivering a thoughtfully planned community in one of Sydney’s growing north-west corridors.🏡

Construction is progressing across the site, with road and subdivision frontage works, stormwater infrastructure and bulk earthworks underway. Next up, subdivision retaining walls and utility works are scheduled to commence later in October.

With each milestone, North Kellyville Stage 1 moves closer to becoming the community we envisioned, and we look forward to seeing that vision come to life.
