highlights our ongoing commitment to the community and the incredible work of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, which we’ve proudly supported for the past decade. Last Thursday, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of The Blue Lunch - an event that started locally in 2014 and has since grown into a major gathering, with 600 people joining us at Town Hall this year.

We extend our deepest thanks to our major sponsors: , , and .club, along with many others who came together on the day to help raise funds for the Base of Skull Service, the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

Blue Crew 2024

The entire Highland team came together on Wednesday for our annual Blue Crew Conference, this year at the Grounds of Alexandria. It was great to see the whole team congregate, fostering a sense of togetherness and collaboration across our 7 offices to celebrate our theme ‘Excellence’. Epitomised by the characteristics mindset, commitment, discipline and commitment, it was a fantastic event that I was very grateful to be a part again this year, energising our team for an exciting couple of months.
