Last Friday we came together onsite to celebrate the Topping Out milestone at Stream Northmead!

The event brought together project consultants, contractors, local agents and purchasers, providing the perfect opportunity to recognise this important construction milestone, share updates on the project’s progress and showcase the quality of the development as it continues to take shape.

Guests were given a behind-the-scenes tour of the site and enjoyed speaking with the team about construction and the project’s upcoming completion.

It was a fantastic day and we thoroughly enjoyed catching up with everyone that came. Thank you to all who attended and we look forward to celebrating PC next!

Works at Stream Northmead are full steam ahead with strong momentum across multiple stages of the build.

We’ve now reached an exciting visual milestone, with facade works officially underway. Roofing to Stage 1 has been completed, while roofing works to Stage 2 are coming along and tracking on program.

Structural works are also advancing well, with Level 1 structural steel to Stage 3 nearing completion. Ground floor structural steel is progressing steadily, wall framing has commenced, and basement blockwork continues to move ahead.

We look forward to seeing the next stage of construction with the front facade being installed. Keep your eyes peeled!
