January and February are set to be strong months at Proxima, with a calendar of events designed to keep agents informed, connected, and ready to act on current opportunities.

As part of this program, Proxima is hosting an online session with DAMAC, a globally recognised luxury property developer headquartered in Dubai, known for delivering premium residential developments across key international markets.

DAMAC’s partnership with Proxima is what enables our international property listings, giving agents access to overseas opportunities, particularly within the Dubai market, supported by direct insights from the developer.

In this session, DAMAC will share an overview of their 2026 pipeline and provide updates on current Dubai listings, helping agents confidently engage clients exploring international property opportunities.

As the year gets underway, Proxima steps into another chapter of growth, with 2026 marking a year of technology-led evolution for the real estate industry.
