PROJECT MILESTONE - Practical Completion!!!

Today Apexx Developments reached a huge milestone in our Class 2 Build of a Luxury 2 Residence Apartment Building!! Practical Completion and earlier this week our Occupation Certificate! What a huge week!

I’d like to personally thank Joel Williams the Managing Director of Arcadia Projects and Matt Ryan our site Superintendant at Arcadia who coordinated all our daily activities with Joel and their Team for this incredible result and the huge push to finish in the end!!

This Project is a Landmark Dual Occupancy building and a one of a kind in Burraneer! It is the epitome of the design, quality, luxury and elegance that the Apexx brand stands for.

I’d also like to give a massive thanks to Emil Kucevic Managing Director of EMK Architects for this incredible and outstanding design. In my opinion award winning! I guess we will see!

The very best part of this design is it looks like a beautiful single family house with single car garage from the street but in fact it’s a top and bottom 2 level Dual Occupancy Apartment Building! Each stunning residence has single level living with 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 2 Living areas, large double car garage in underground basement parking for each residence (4 cars in total), large outdoor terraces and pools! Each residence has all the luxury a waterfront property should have.

Investor Site Tour Day
Site tour with our investor group and some new investors potentially joining us on one of our next projects in our acquisition pipeline.

The view from the new roof slab of our AZURE Burraneer Project was epic today! Thank you to one of our investors for travelling all the way from Dubbo NSW to be here with us today!! Hopefully our 3 investors who couldn’t make it will join us for our next inspection.
