Eight weeks of wellbeing - that’s a wrap!

We’ve just finished our 8‑week wellness program, because looking after our people matters as much as the projects we deliver. With support from - we mixed movement, mindset and a dash of friendly competition.

A huge shout-out to our site teams, especially Gosford, who kept at it while completing The Waterfront.

We are excited to officially launch ESTE, Little Bay, a rare coastal collection of 94 residences inspired by the raw beauty of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

To mark this milestone, we hosted a VIP event at the ESTE Display Suite, welcoming buyers and the local community to hear from our key partners including , who helped bring this vision to life.

Glenfield House is officially open!

Urban Property Group is proud to have partnered on the delivery of Glenfield House, the first NSW project for the team at Housing All Australians, a milestone moment for purpose-driven collaboration.

This new space will provide a safe haven and a new start to 28 women every night, made possible through the combined efforts of: Women's Community Shelters, Hume Community Housing, Whiddon, Temple & Webster and Housing All Australians.

We were honoured to attend the opening event alongside The Hon. Rose Jackson MLC, Minister for Housing, who joined our partners for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

A special thank you to Adrian Harrington, Chair of Housing All Australians, for recognising Urban’s can-do attitude, and to Brad Braithwaite, CEO of Hume Community Housing for reminding us that asking “why not?” is what drives organisations like Urban to get involved in projects with purpose.

Two weeks ago, we broke ground on Chapter Place - a new residential chapter for Sydney’s South West.

This $1.5 billion master-planned community will welcome 4,700 residents across 1,900 homes by 2030. The first stage of 43 architecturally designed terraces by COX Architecture is already underway, with completion set for mid-2026.
