The property, Ngoora, was sold at auction on Thursday the 28th of April following a total of 92 bids that saw a sale result of $8.89 million for the 571 ha mixed farming and grazing operation.

Blackville, NSW is a region with an outstanding reputation as being one of the premium crop growing areas in rural Australia.

The sale is believed to have set a new benchmark for prime dryland farming on the Liverpool Plains at just under $22,000 per ha.
