With a career spanning luxury real estate in America's most exclusive enclaves, from San Francisco to Silicon Valley and beyond, Tessa drives Orosi's marketing strategy, branding, and campaign ex*****on.‍

Her focus on wellness and luxury helps guide Orosi's brand voice, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the elegance, intention, and elevated lifestyle that resonates with high-end audiences.‍

Tessa has a keen eye for design and storytelling, and she brings a deep understanding of what discerning buyers value: exceptional quality, thoughtful details, and a sense of well-being in the spaces they call home.

When designing the facade of Llanfoyst Street, Randwick, we started with the site itself. Its context, its orientation, and how the sun moves across it throughout the day.

The curves and indentations you see on the facade are more than a design statement. Each one is shaped to capture as much light as possible, frame views, and create a sense of openness inside.

Beauty with purpose, from the outside in.

Meet our Development Manager, David!

With over 20 years of experience in architectural design, project delivery, and onsite construction, David began his career specialising in front-end design, focusing on concept development and feasibility studies.

As Development Manager of Orosi, David integrates innovation with practicality and ensures seamless ex*****on from design to construction.

When he's not working, David is always outside being active and spending time with his family!

Meet Bel!

With a Master’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate qualification in BIM, Bel supports the design process from early concept through to detailed refinement.

She works closely with senior designers to develop drawings, models and clear proposals that balance beauty with functionality, helping to elevate luxury living in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

We’re grateful to have Bel on our team as we work together to create a world beyond compare.

Say hi to our in-house interior designer, Elena!

Originally from Italy, Elena has a versatile profile spanning design, relationship management, and luxury brand integration.‍

Her experience in branded property development, being part of the Corporate Brand Maison team and working on worldwide projects under the Elie Saab name, has shaped her expertise and deep understanding of craftsmanship, luxury and the importance of brand alignment.‍

Today, as part of the Orosi team, she is contributing to the vision of wellness real estate and the role of healthy living in longevity, a philosophy that is reflected in the development of high-end multi-residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.‍

Elena believes that travel greatly expands your horizons and is always planning her next trip!
