Our members subscribe to a Code of Conduct which considers all consumers and commits to disclosure and a high standard of Best Practice. All of our members in the Property Investment Adviser category must work toward obtaining the Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®) qualification which will ensure that consumers can confidently deal with them, knowing that they have a minimum level of expertise and are continuing with regular professional development.

Yet too often, policy discussions happen without fully understanding the experiences of the people directly affected.

P**A is partnering with Buyers Agent Mastery (BAM) to bring members a practical, live workshop on one of the most pressing compliance issues facing our industry: Anti-Money Laundering obligations.

The Buyers' Agent AML Roadmap is presented by Buyers Agent Mastery in conjunction with P**A. It's led by Veronica Morgan, P**A Board Member and co-founder of Buyers Agent Mastery, together with John Nguyen, founder of AML Partners, a specialist AML/CTF compliance provider for real estate agencies, buyer's agents and conveyancers.

AML isn't going away, and AUSTRAC has made clear that ongoing non-compliance can attract penalties of up to $20,000 a day. This workshop won't add to the confusion. It's designed to give property investment professionals a clear, practical understanding of where AML fits into day-to-day work, so you can operate with confidence instead of second-guessing every decision.

In two hours, live, you'll get:

● A Compliance Gap Audit, so you can see exactly where your current process has gaps and where it's already solid
● A clear breakdown of what you must do versus what's genuinely nice to have
● The critical AML trigger points across a property transaction
