Harbour Town Premium Outlets Gold Coast has reached $500 million in annual retail sales for the first time in its 23-year history.

Over nine million shoppers visited in the 12-months to September 2022, closing in on record pre-COVID foot traffic levels. As international tourists begin returning to the Gold Coast, locals and domestic tourists were spending record amounts.

Our team have worked tirelessly over the past 18 months, with a strong focus on remixing the retail offer, resulting in 21 new stores opening and expansion of eight existing stores. Congratulations Harbour Town Gold Coast and Vicinity Centres on a tremendous achievement!

1,000 lots sold is an achievement worth celebrating!

Member for Cowper Pat Conaghan and Member for Port Macquarie Leslie Williams welcomed the Spicers, our 1,000th family to master planned community at Port Macquarie.

The Belvedere, The Komo and The Lewis Foundation helped "Raise it for Redcliffe" with a $50,000 donation to the Redcliffe Hospital. Over $164,000 was raised during the appeal for life-changing hospital-led health research, evidence-based patient care, staff well-being, innovative equipment and other initiatives. We are so proud to support this major health hub in our local community and make a great hospital even better.

Vicinity Centres, one of Australia's leading retail property groups, has taken up a 50% share in the centre and we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for Harbour Town Gold Coast' s future.

After a long and successful relationship with the Lendlease managed Australian Prime Property Fund Retail, we’re looking forward as we explore and realise new opportunities for this Gold Coast icon.

Originally developed by Lewis Land Group and opened in 1999, the centre was the first outdoor outlet centre in Australia, and is now the largest outdoor outlet centre in the country.

To help beat the lockdown blues for our NSW based teams, we are stepping up for STEPtember Australia and raising money and awareness for cerebral palsy. Over 100 of our team from The Fiddler, Camden Valley Inn, Sovereign Hills Port Macquarie, Mercure Rouse Hill and LLG Corporate Head Office are aiming to hit 10,000 steps a day for the month of September. If we achieve the target, the Lewis Foundation will donate $50,000 to Steptember!

In an effort to combat lockdown blues for its NSW based teams and raise money and awareness for an important cause, Australia’s oldest private property developer, Lewis Land Group, has joined STEPtember with a goal of each employee completing 10,000 steps per day.

Forty companies have pledged to offer paid vaccination leave to workers after leading Australian business groups called on employers to offer the perk.
