Hey Everyone!

Site update: The rear retaining wall is finally being built!

There have been a few delays with getting to this stage.

The first being the discovery of asbestos throughout the site. The asbestos had to be removed and site cleaned.

Secondly, there was a land encroachment from the back neighbour. Luckily the neighbour was happy for us to move the fenceline to the correct survey line. Otherwise, the encroachment would have resulted in a smaller backyard for one of the units and affecting the end sell price.

Screw piers and Slab will be coming soon!
