We’re proud to welcome 18 commercial offices at the iconic Beanbah Chambers in the heart of Sydney C*D to the Elevate Strata Management family.

Steeped in Sydney history, Beanbah Chambers dates back to circa 1912 and is recognised for its distinctive Federation Free Style architecture and beautiful Art Nouveau detailing. Its heritage features, including mosaic floor tiles and a white marble staircase, reflect an era when Sydney’s C*D was flourishing as a centre for professional chambers and commerce. 🏛️

At Elevate Strata, we’re passionate about delivering personalised, proactive and transparent strata management while respecting the unique character and long-term value of every property we manage.

🚨 NEW NSW STRATA REQUIREMENT FROM 1 OCTOBER 2026

Are you on a NSW strata committee? There’s an important change you need to know about.

From 1 October 2026, new and returning strata committee members will be required to complete mandatory annual training under NSW strata law.

📚 What you need to know:

✔️ Training is free and online through NSW Fair Trading
✔️ The introductory course is approximately 1 hour and self-paced
✔️ Committee members generally have 3 months from their appointment to complete the training
✔️ The requirement applies to both new and returning committee members
✔️ Training will cover important areas including committee responsibilities, governance, repairs and maintenance, dispute resolution and financial health
✔️ If a committee member fails to complete the training within the required timeframe, they automatically cease to be a committee member

There are some exemptions, including members of two-lot strata schemes, strata managing agents, Australian College of Strata Lawyers members and certain short-term casual vacancies. (NSW Government⁠)
