Achieving a great sales result for his vendors gives him the ultimate reward in a real estate career that has spanned more than 14 years. Following in his father’s footsteps Mark has had a lifelong exposure to real estate but was never given a free ride into the family business. Instead he started out with another agency learning every aspect of the industry from reception to property management and sales before joining his father at Richardson & Wrench. A natural people person Mark’s gift lies in his easy ability to communicate with his vendors and buyers and his appetite for the hard work required to make sure every avenue is explored to achieve the best possible result. Mark’s golden rule in real estate is to be honest and transparent. The real stuff - Mark is married & a father of two young girls. He was born in Willoughby & still lives here, near the High Street Markets. His passions are music, spending time with his family, American Football, Ice hockey & his beloved North Sydney Bears.
