The brick piers have been carefully matched to the existing home to create a seamless addition, with the steel beams now installed and roof framing underway.

It’s all part of a broader alteration designed to improve the functionality of the home while ensuring the new additions feel considered and connected to the original property.

Progress is taking shape at our 📍Berowra Heights, one-into-three lot subdivision. 🚧

The foundation for the onsite detention tank is now complete, with the Clearform PVC wall system installed and concrete filled, marking another major stage in the subdivision works.

The onsite detention tank will form an important part of the stormwater management system for the three future homes. It is designed to temporarily store stormwater during periods of heavy rainfall and release it at a controlled rate, reducing the flow and velocity of water entering the existing council stormwater network.

This helps ensure the development remains compliant, while minimising the impact of the new homes and reducing future strain on council infrastructure.

A lot goes on below ground before new homes can start taking shape above it. 🏡

From the 70s to now. ✨

This Berowra Heights living room has been completely transformed as part of a whole-home renovation and extension, creating a brighter, more open and connected space for modern family living.

The original floorplan was reconfigured to create an open-plan living area that flows seamlessly into the new kitchen, completely changing the way the home looks and functions.

Sandbank Oak flooring now runs throughout the space, while the original windows have been replaced with new aluminium windows, alongside additional new windows designed to bring more natural light into the home.

A new external sliding door connects the living area directly to the outdoor entertaining deck, creating effortless flow between indoors and out.

The groundwork is complete. Now the subdivision begins! 🚧🏡

Another major milestone has been reached at our 📍Berowra Heights, one-lot-into-three subdivision.

Over 100 metres of easements have now been successfully registered across three separate titles, providing the required access to council pipelines.

With the easements secured and the Subdivision Certificate officially approved ✅, we have now commenced subdivision works on site.

Projects like this involve far more than what you see on the ground. From navigating approvals and coordinating easements through to construction and final delivery, our team manages the process every step of the way.
