DA APPROVED | TURRAMURRA

An exciting milestone for Lanevick, with Development Approval now secured for our upcoming residential project in Turramurra.

The approved development will deliver just 13 boutique sky homes, designed to take advantage of a rare position overlooking a leafy green conservation zone with views that cannot be built out.

Located just 200m from Turramurra Village and 250m from Turramurra Train Station, the project sits within one of the Upper North Shore’s most established owner-occupier markets — surrounded by premium schooling, village amenity, transport connectivity and abundant green space.

Unlike many emerging apartment markets across Sydney, Turramurra is not a TOD precinct, helping preserve the low-density character and scarcity that underpin its enduring appeal.

The project is also exceptionally positioned among some of Sydney’s leading schools, including Knox Grammar School, Ravenswood School for Girls, Abbotsleigh and Pymble Ladies’ College.

Securing the DA marks an important milestone for the project, and we would like to acknowledge and thank the wider consultant team involved throughout the approval process, including PTI Architecture and Anthony Betros of ABC Planning, for their contribution in reaching this outcome.

With approval in place, early expressions of interest now being welcomed. Enquire now to register your interest and receive further project information.

Last week, Lanevick Director Steve Maroun attended The Lucky Country, a WLCU luncheon centred around former Prime Minister Tony Abbott’s recent book and reflections on Australia’s history.

Set against Sydney Harbour, the afternoon provided an opportunity to reflect on what it means to live, work and build a business in Australia.

For Steve, whose family came to Australia as immigrants, the idea of the “lucky country” carries a particularly personal meaning — one grounded in gratitude for the opportunities this country has afforded his family and the generations that have followed.

In an industry so focused on what comes next, it was a timely reminder to occasionally stop and appreciate what we already have.

Thank you to the WLCU for bringing together a thought-provoking afternoon and conversation.

A wonderful evening celebrating the best of our industry at the 2026 Awards for Excellence.

We were incredibly proud to see Royale Randwick recognised as a finalist in the Boutique Development category — an achievement that reflects the vision, collaboration and attention to detail that went into bringing the project to life.

While we didn’t take home the award on the night, being named among this year’s finalists is something our team is very proud of and a meaningful recognition of what we set out to achieve with Royale.

Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and finalists, and to UDIA NSW for another fantastic evening celebrating excellence across the property and development industry.

Another special milestone for Royale Randwick.

We’re delighted to celebrate the settlement and handover of Terrace 2, welcoming another owner home to Royale Randwick.

One of the most memorable moments of the handover was a thoughtful gift from the purchaser’s buyer’s agent—a beautifully framed copy of the original 1909 Blenheim Estate subdivision plan, showing the very first sale of the parcel of land on which Royale Randwick now stands.

A remarkable piece of local history, it serves as a reminder of the site’s rich heritage and the next chapter now being written by its new owners.

Congratulations to our purchasers, and thank you to everyone who helped bring this milestone to life.

A personal note from our Director, Steve Maroun 🖊️

Finalist. 🏆

“I’m so proud to share that our Royale Randwick development has been named a finalist in Boutique Development at the Awards for Excellence.

Of all the categories, this is the one that hits home. It recognises exactly what we love doing – finding the sites others overlook, unlocking their potential, and delivering them with the care of a family business that puts its name on every project.

Boutique development is a craft. It’s slow, considered, and personal. And being recognised for it by our own industry means everything to us.

Thank you to our team, our partners, and every family who’s trusted us with their next home. 🙏

– Steve”

Introducing St Ives.

Lanevick has recently lodged a Development Application for a new townhouse community in St Ives, marking another exciting addition to our growing development pipeline.

Designed by PTI Architecture, the proposal will deliver 16 architect-designed townhouses across a 3,047sqm site, offering a contemporary housing alternative for families seeking the space, privacy and liveability of a traditional home within an established neighbourhood setting.

The project reflects Lanevick's continued focus on delivering thoughtfully designed residential communities that respond to the way people want to live today — balancing quality architecture, functional design and strong connections to place.

The application is currently progressing through the assessment process, and we look forward to sharing more as the project evolves.

Why Gladesville?

There's a reason so many people are choosing to call Gladesville home. Positioned between Sydney's C*D and Parramatta, Gladesville offers a unique balance of convenience, village character and natural beauty. From waterfront walks along the Parramatta River to local cafés, parks, sporting facilities and an evolving town centre, it's a suburb that continues to attract families, professionals and downsizers alike.

With excellent connectivity, established amenity and a strong sense of community, Gladesville represents the kind of neighbourhoods we're passionate about investing in — places with enduring appeal that support a connected and vibrant lifestyle.

We're excited to be part of Gladesville's future and look forward to sharing more soon.

Last month, we were proud to welcome the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence judging panel to Royale Randwick.

The judging tour provided an opportunity to showcase the design vision, craftsmanship and attention to detail that have shaped this boutique collection of residences, delivered in collaboration with Studio Johnston.

From the material palette and architectural response through to the finished homes themselves, Royale represents Lanevick's commitment to creating enduring places that enrich the communities they become part of.

Thank you to the UDIA judges for taking the time to visit and experience the project firsthand.

We look forward to the awards announcements later this year.

Terrace 4 — SOLD.

In just three weeks on market and sold prior to auction, Terrace 4 has now secured its new owners.

At a time when buyer confidence remains measured and purchasers are increasingly selective, this result is a testament to the enduring appeal of exceptional design, quality craftsmanship and a truly unique offering.

Thoughtfully designed by Studio Johnston and delivered by Lanevick, Royale Randwick has continued to demonstrate that genuinely special homes resonate with buyers, regardless of broader market conditions.

We are delighted to congratulate the purchasers and look forward to welcoming another family into the growing Royale community.

With the successful sale of Terrace 4, Royale Randwick continues to set a benchmark for boutique luxury living in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
