Meet Ian!
Ian has significant experience in consulting, financial modeling and analysis, due diligence and valuation, having previously been a corporate finance and consulting partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 25 years. During that time, he built and led a number of new businesses for PwC Australia including the Applied Decision Analysis businesses which grew from scratch in July 1999 to a multi-partner, 25+ staff business operating throughout Australian by 2001 with revenues in excess of $6 million p.a. This business specialised in assisting clients with financial strategies and structures, and financial monitoring and modelling (including business planning and sensitivity analysis). He has worked across a number of industries including property, financial services, building and construction, and mining. Ian has been the CFO and COO of public, listed and private companies, and a Federal government agency where he has been responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial and risk management, and reporting. Most recently he was the CFO of Boyuan Holdings Limited (ASX:BHL) were he was responsible for that company’s successful entry into the MHE/Land Lease sector. Ian has worked closely with John Virgona since leaving PwC in the property sector, most recently in developing Aquilo Property.
