Peter entered the real estate industry off the back of a successful sales career with several iconic multinational organisations. It was his enthusiasm for, and interest in, the property market that convinced him to change careers and pursue his dream. He now applies the sales acumen acquired throughout his career for the benefit of his real estate clients. His personal style is to focus very much
on the individual and foster a professional relationship built on trust and a real understanding of each client’s particular needs. Peter is a professionally trained negotiator with a commitment to the highest standard of client service. His previous employment experience combined with his own real estate experiences as tenant, landlord / investor, buyer and seller allows him to bring a real empathy to his client dealings. He gets a real sense of personal satisfaction from helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. As much as Peter is involved in all things real estate, he is equally committed to helping those less fortunate than himself. The eldest son of parents who arrived from East Timor with very little, he understands the power of opportunity and education. He is grateful for the opportunity provided to his family and is keen to see others afforded similar opportunities. With this in mind, Peter started his own fundraising campaign in 2009 to provide teaching scholarships to East Timor locals who wished to become qualified school teachers. As part of the fundraising, Peter embarked on a journey to become the first Australian to compete all five ultra-endurance desert races in one year. He not only succeeded in his quest but managed to raise over $5,000 which enabled five East Timor locals to attend college and become qualified teachers. It’s this level of drive and tenacity that Peter brings to ensuring he achieves 100% satisfaction for every one of his clients. In his spare time he still enjoys shorter runs, exploring Sydney, catching up with his family in Melbourne and particularly finds enjoyment browsing through display homes. Skills & Expertise
