Others, 12 years old, wouldn’t try.

A group of kids stood at the edge of the water. They wanted to jump, but fear held them back.

My son, at just 4 years old, didn’t overthink it.

He stepped forward and jumped straight in.

Sure, there was slight hesitation, but then just action.
