Arada has expanded into Queensland, Australia through a AA$2 billion twin-tower residential development in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. This is Arada’s first project outside New South Wales and the company’s most significant commitment yet in the Australian market.

Rising directly opposite the Gold Coast Convention Centre, the two towers will be connected by a landscaped podium and framed by an exceptional collection of wellness-led amenities: a lagoon pool, lap pool, gym, sauna, steam and mist rooms, infrared and salt scrub facilities, communal terraces, private dining, and dedicated work-from-home spaces, alongside curated ground-floor retail and hospitality.

Delivered by Arada’s tier-one construction subsidiary Roberts Co, the development is targeted for completion ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This reflects Arada’s confidence in the Gold Coast as one of Australia's fastest-growing regions, and the next step in building a diversified, multi-city presence across the country.

A special moment beyond the court.

As part of Arada’s sponsorship of the Inner West Bulls basketball team, we were proud to welcome women and children supported through our partnership with Women’s Community Shelters to experience a Bulls game, meet the players and receive a special merch pack.

For us, partnerships are most meaningful when they create moments of connection, joy and belonging.

This experience brought together two important parts of Arada’s community commitment — supporting local sport and continuing our work with Women’s Community Shelters to create positive, people-first impact.

Arada Australia recently welcomed the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA)’s NSW Young Leaders Committee to our newly refurbished offices for an engaging evening of conversation and industry insight.

It was a valuable opportunity to host the committee and hear from UDIA NSW CEO Stuart Ayres on some of the key issues shaping our sector - from the NSW State Budget and infrastructure delivery to development feasibility, housing targets and the election cycle.

At Arada, we value creating space for meaningful dialogue and industry connection, and we were delighted to host the next generation of leaders helping shape the future of our industry.

Arada has announced its plans to launch Arada Capital, a new funds management platform that will be based in the UAE’s Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Arada Capital is being established to develop and manage institutional-grade investment opportunities across real estate asset classes in the Middle East and selected international markets.

A connected life is shaped by thoughtful places, stronger communities and more sustainable choices. At the 25th Biennale of Sydney, Arada’s water station, operated by Wallop Water, was a simple expression of that commitment — supplying 2,057.5 litres of water, diverting the equivalent of 4,115 plastic bottles from landfill and oceans, and saving 2,674.75kg of CO₂ emissions.
