The first Family Day at the 25th Biennale of Sydney, Rememory, was a wonderful celebration of creativity, connection and community.

It was great to see so many families come together at White Bay Power Station, with the Arada water station offering a place to pause and refresh throughout the day.

Arada has acquired an 80% stake in Thameside West, London’s next great waterfront neighbourhood, as the master developer continues to expand around the world.
Valued at £2.5 billion and master-planned by Foster + Partners, Thameside West will deliver at least 5,000 homes across 47 acres in one of the largest and most connected regeneration sites in Europe.
Located at the western edge of the Royal Docks, this is central London’s longest stretch of undeveloped riverfront, and is set to be transformed into a vibrant, amenity-rich destination.
This marks not only one of the most ambitious projects in Arada’s history, but also the biggest residential development announced in London this decade.
Thameside West reflects Arada’s ambition to take a leading role in global markets by delivering transformative, sustainable communities at scale.

Tier 1 contractor Roberts Co is entering a new phase of growth following its recent acquisition by Arada, with the aid of a $50 million capital injection into the company’s Australian balance sheet. This investment strengthens Roberts Co’s financial position, stabilises operations, and provides the foundation for strategic expansion beyond its New South Wales base, with a focus on new opportunities in Queensland, including the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.

What a season it has been! Congratulations to all CLFC teams who reached the grand finals — an incredible achievement and a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and spirit shown throughout the year. A special shout-out to our All Age Women Div 1, U18/2, and Over 45’s Div 4 — crowned 2025 Champions after a sensational season and grand final victory!

From players and families to coaches, volunteers, and supporters — it takes a whole community to make a season like this possible. Here’s to 100 years of legacy and the many stories still to come.

An immediate $20 million investment will secure jobs for over 700 people and ensure continued delivery across Roberts Co's four major Sydney projects.
