This set of drawers was left outside today, by someone residing in our building. It was brought to visitor space no 7 by our cleaners.

Please note, NOVA does not place items for council pick up outside! Our cleaners decide on the day and take the items up street side for pick up. By doing it this way, we avoid drive-by drop-offs being added on top of the items placed outside for council pick up and avoiding mess on our street.

This is not ok - obviously large recycling bins were already outside for collection.

Your rubbish = your responsibility.

Do the right thing, break down your boxes and place them in those bins.

8 x RED bins were full last night and taken outside by me - many rubbish bags not sealed.

Food items and cross contamination of rubbish and recycling were obvious as were the HUGE cockroaches enjoying their feast.

Open to suggestions from residents as to how we get the household waste message through - currently corresponding with new residents so as not to annoy the ones already in the know and doing the right thing.

The SC doesn’t want to be hard core about this - simply asking for people to respect and obey the bylaws and take responsibility.

New COVID-19 variant out there.

Hi everyone in NOVA! A friendly reminder for everyone to take a common sense approach when dealing with your own health.

You feeling unwell and can’t get to the doctor then you may need to do a telehealth call if you are unable to get out and need some groceries or medication - please send me a message and I would be happy to help you out.

While we no longer have a Covid-19 mask policy in NOVA, if you do feel unwell and want to wear a mask, that is your absolute right to do so. Take precautions as you see fit.

We probably all know people with Covid right now, so just take care out there.

Plastic wrap is NOT recyclable

Mango box should be flattened as should the beer box and so on and so on.

Pizza boxes are recyclable but the leftover food should be placed in your food caddy or in your normal household bin.

Sunday = bin day!

Please sort out your household rubbish at home before bringing down to the rubbish rooms.

We ask that you place your waste in the correct bins - with some thought and consideration please.

So much cross contamination recently.

Please seal all food waste to avoid🪳🪳🐀 🐀 which happen to be around!
