The most important word in selling your home isn't "agent." It's "before."

Most vendors go the same way: get a shortlist, pick one, sign, and hope the rest goes well.

Vendor Advocacy is what happens before that. We compare, negotiate with and vet agents on your behalf, before you've committed to anyone, so you go into that agreement with someone who's actually earned it.
It's at no cost to you. We're paid through the agent's commission, not by you.

The only catch: this only works before you've picked an agent. Once you're in, the window's closed.

Thinking about selling? DM "BEFORE" and we'll walk you through it.

This one was a first for me as exchange happened while I was somewhere over the Pacific Ocean.

That it went through smoothly says everything about Josh Barlow who was thorough and on top of every detail from start to finish. Great result, great timing.

It's exactly why Vendor Advocacy exists. Help a seller find the right agent before they sign anything, and moments like this take care of themselves, even when their advocate is 30,000 feet up and unreachable.

Good properties are still selling well in this market. They just need the right agent behind them.

If you're weighing up who to list with, that's the conversation to have with us first. Independent. No cost. No obligation.

Finally making my way over!

Early morning at the airport. This is where it all begins.

Keep following and share with friends for the chance to win our giveaway. Don’t remember what the entries were? Look back a few reels.

England vs Croatia. This one is big in Australia. Huge immigrant populations from both countries and big links to past and present Socceroos teams (including our current coach Tony Popovic).

What’s your prediction for the game? Tag a Pom or a Croat who lives in Sydney. What do they think?

Also, who’s your second team after the Socceroos?

Thinking about putting your property on the market? The most natural question to ask is: "How long is this going to take?" 🤔

While the broader Sydney median currently sits at roughly 33 days, the active campaign period fluctuates significantly depending on where you live. For example, the Inner West is seeing averages of 28 to 34 days, while the Hills District is tracking closer to 35 to 42 days.

But the active campaign is only one piece of the puzzle. The hidden timeline (preparation and agent selection) can completely change your moving plans if it isn't managed correctly.

We’ve published a straightforward guide breaking down the real three-phase selling timeline across Sydney and the major traps that cause listings to stall.

OFFICIAL APOLOGY STATEMENT

Due to recent complaints from real estate agents,
we need to address a few things.

Dear property owners,

Apparently, you’re asking too many questions now.

You’re comparing agents instead of choosing the first one.

You’re requesting evidence behind marketing recommendations.

Some of you are even reading Agency Agreements before signing them.

And recently, a concerning number of sellers have discovered they can get independent advice before choosing an agent.

This has reportedly created:
- longer listing presentations
- uncomfortable conversations
- increased accountability
- and in extreme cases... transparency.

We would like to formally apologise for encouraging people to make informed property decisions.

Unfortunately, we have no plans to stop.
