Ralph & Ralph has been named a Regional Finalist for Outstanding New Business in the 2026 Sydney Business Awards, hosted by Business NSW.

The Ralph & Ralph name goes back to the late 1940s, when a real estate agency of the same name was opened by two WWII veterans, Ralph Schaverien and Ralph Silverstone. Today it continues that legacy as a veteran owned, independent advocacy business for buyers and sellers across Sydney.

Thinking about selling, but mostly because the house has stopped working for the family?

Worth doing the maths on the alternative first. Stamp duty on a Sydney family home purchase is a six figure number, before you add commission, marketing, legals and the cost of moving. This one was a first for me as exchange happened while I was somewhere over the Pacific Ocean.

That it went through smoothly says everything about Josh Barlow who was thorough and on top of every detail from start to finish. Great result, great timing.
