Bathroom drainage is one of those areas where the details really matter. 🚿🔍

Getting the falls, outlet positioning and drainage setup right from the start helps water move where it should and reduces the risk of issues later.

Good bathrooms are built properly before the finishes go on.

A quick behind-the-scenes look at our ongoing Yarrandale project. 🏡🔨

The build is progressing well, with more of the home starting to take shape as we move through each stage.

For this project, we’re using hybrid flooring for a durable, waterproof finish that works well for everyday living. 🏡

We’ll also be installing acoustic underlay to help manage the height difference, while improving comfort underfoot.

Small details like this make a big difference to the final finish.

Before you start a home extension, there’s more to check than just how much extra space you want. 🏡

Site access, the existing structure, drainage, council requirements and how the new area connects to the original home can all affect what’s possible, how much it costs and how smoothly the project runs.

Getting these things clear early can save a lot of problems later.

A quick look at our ongoing project at Hill View Place. 🏡🔨

Plenty happening on site as the project continues to take shape, with each stage bringing us closer to the finished result.

Sometimes an extension is the right move. Sometimes it is not. 🏡

For one client, the better option was a knockdown rebuild because the extension would have required too many compromises for the money being spent.

But if you love your suburb, your kids are settled, you have strong ties to the area and there is room to expand, a well-planned extension can make a lot of sense.

The key is choosing the option that works for both the home and the family long term.

A recent home renovation project completed in Castle Hill. 🏡🔨

This project focused on improving the way the home looks, feels and functions, while keeping the design practical for everyday family living.

Waterproofing details like this can easily be missed, but they matter. 🚿✅

A proper return angle helps the waterproofing system continue correctly around corners and junctions, which is part of getting the work compliant and reducing the risk of water getting where it should not.

Small detail, big difference.

Before excavation starts, we make sure we understand what is both above and below the ground. 🚧🏡

On this extension project, we first Dial Before You Dig, then mark the existing utilities, and finally complete a geotechnical report to understand the soil conditions and help determine how the footings need to be designed.

Good planning at the start helps avoid bigger problems later.

You don’t always need more space to make a home feel bigger. 🏡

Clear sightlines, better natural light, fewer unnecessary walls and smoother movement through the home can completely change how open it feels.

Sometimes the smartest renovation is simply making the existing space work better.
