⚠️ WARNING – BATHROOM / KITCHEN SHOP IN ROCKDALE ⚠️

Just a heads up for anyone buying bathrooms, kitchens or tiles through Facebook/Marketplace and then being asked to meet at a showroom in Rockdale.

In my experience (and from others I’ve spoken to), there is a pattern of:
• Seeing a great deal on Facebook
• Being asked to come into the showroom
• Paying money up front
• Then getting excuse after excuse and no product and no refund

I have reported this to NSW Police and there is an active event number: E102441458 (NSWPF).

Please be really careful when:
• You’re asked to pay in full before anything is supplied
• You’re pressured to pay by bank transfer
• You’re not given a proper invoice or receipt

My tip: Don’t hand over money until the goods are actually in your hands, no matter how nice the shopfront looks.

🚨 UPDATE – Another Victim Has Come Forward

Someone has just contacted this page to say they are experiencing the same issue with the same individual connected to the Rockdale bathroom shop.

This confirms that this is not an isolated case — multiple people have now been affected by the same seller using different names online (including Sarah Hill and Nick Beiraghi) and trading from ‘3’, 395 Princes Highway, Rockdale NSW 2216.

Their website has “review / experience” content raising serious issues about missed deadlines, poor quality work, and refusal to refund.

They seem to remove negative reviews or silence unhappy customers instead of addressing complaints.

The same people appear to operate under multiple trade names, making it harder to trace accountability.

Their shopfronts show no clear signage at times, and access to inventory requires contacting individuals with aliases.

Customers report being blocked from social media pages when they ask questions or request refunds.
