This hidden moisture damage was discovered during the inspection — completely concealed behind long curtains at the window reveal.

Once the curtains were pulled back, this is what was found:
🔹 Wall lining staining below the window — indicating moisture tracking down the internal wall lining
🔹 Swelling and bulging to the wall surface from prolonged water exposure
🔹 Timber flooring damage caused by ongoing moisture ingress
