Six months ago, Summa was determined to get her foot in the door.
She called, followed up, dropped into the office, stayed in touch, completed her Certificate of Registration, and never gave up on her goal of building a career in real estate.
Her persistence stood out, and eventually we made the decision to give her an opportunity.
Over the past six months, Summa has been an invaluable part of our team as a Property Associate, consistently showing initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. While she will continue supporting our Property Management department, we’re excited to see her take the next step into Sales.
Today marks another milestone as she secures her very first listing.
We couldn’t be prouder of the growth she has shown in such a short time. At just 18 years old, she is one of the most determined young people we’ve ever met, and we have no doubt she has an incredibly bright future ahead.
Congratulations, Summa. This is only the beginning.
