In January 2005, Commercial Property Group confirmed its plans for expansion into multiple office locations in Sydney. This was realized with Hayden Bennett’s appointment as Managing Director to drive the southern Sydney Market, with the opening of a second office at King Georges Road, South Hurstville. McHardy and Bennett have embraced technology and recognised the importance of understanding the online market. The expansion of CPG and its dominance in the Sydney property scene has been the result of years of dedication and determination. Starting up Commercial Property Specialists Pty Ltd in 1999, Matthew McHardy chased his dream of owning his own business and creating his own path. In 2001, Commercial Property Specialists Pty Ltd had less than 5 staff and was based in a small office in Kitchener Pde, Bankstown. Within another year, the offices were relocated to the StGeorge Bank Building in Bankstown. July 2004 saw a launch of Commercial Property Group with 14 integral team members. The company's rise in Sydney’s commercial and industrial property market was largely due to the commitment of the entire team to provide superior Client service and attain the best possible results.
