🏡 Auction Is A Three Phase Process - Phase 3: Post-Auction

If sold under the hammer - congratulations! The contract is signed, deposit paid, and we move forward to settlement.

If passed in, the process is far from over. The highest bidder gets first negotiation rights, and if no deal is reached, the property can open to a wider pool of buyers - including those needing finance approval. The seller now has the benefit of the insights received in Phases 1 and 2. This will help with coming up with a strategy to get the property sold.

Often the best result is achieved in this phase, and this can happen quite quickly after an auction passes in, as conditional buyers were not in a position to bid at auction.
