Pan pacific championships in Melbourne 2025

First major competition for me in this sport and while I’m proud of my results there was a lot to take away from the day in general.

Jiu Jitsu has further solidified to me the importance of consistency over intensity. Everything I have achieved top level success in has come from reoccurring consistency and the discipline to show up regardless of circumstances and this was further evidence in that frame for me.

Also I just want to say that the team behind me including the coaches and every single one of the students that I get to train with each and every day have been pivotal on my success in the sport. The facility, the club, the people and the overall culture of is something I wish anyone involved in this sport get the opportunity to experience. Thanks to for structuring my training and building a game plan to ensure I win gold in my division.
