🌸 Today on International Women’s Day we want to take a moment to recognise and thank two incredible women who do so much for the Elders Tathra office, our property management team, Jodie and Tracey.

πŸ’› Jodie has been part of Elders Tathra for many years and when you think of a property manager who gives her all, someone knowledgeable, understanding and committed to both owners and tenants, Jodie is a great example. For a period of time it was just Jodie and Greg running the office, and Jodie carried an enormous workload. Not only as a property manager, but also stepping into roles as principal and providing administrative support when needed. Through it all she has remained professional, dedicated and a strong example for women in the workforce. Outside of the office she is also an incredible mum who supports her daughters in everything they do and is always there for them.

😊 Tracey joined the team more recently over the past year and has quickly become a valued part of the office. With a strong background in the workforce, Tracey brings experience, a hardworking attitude and a calm, understanding approach to her role. When you walk into the office, you are greeted with Tracey’s warm and welcoming smile, which reflects the friendly environment they have created. Tracey is also a proud mum who continues to inspire her children through her work ethic and positive outlook.
