On October 16th, The Agency is hosting Auction for Impact at The Tame Fox in Erina. Proceeds go to Coast Shelter, a local charity helping families rebuild after homelessness and domestic violence.

Coast Shelter supported over 15,000 people last year but they can only house one in three who call for help. This event is our way of turning generosity into real change, with auctions, prizes, and entertainment.

Latest market insights from Cotality shows a few interesting things.

The number of available listings and sales in Sydney has gone down, and the number of sales in regional NSW has gone up.

It appears that more and more people are migrating from Sydney. I meet a lot of buyers from Sydney and most are moving for affordability and lifestyle.

Is it better to buy before you sell? Or should you sell first? It really depends on your situation.

The best thing you can do in either case is add an extended settlement to your contract. This way you will have ample time to secure your purchase.
