For so many of us living in Wamberal and Terrigal, this place holds a few memories.

This is now the Crowne Plaza and Terrigal Beach House, but this site has been welcoming visitors to the area for around 100 years. It started as the Strath Haven Guest House, then became the famous Florida Hotel in the 1950s, before eventually becoming the Crowne Plaza we all know and love today.

For years, if you walked past my office at 5:00 am or 8:00 pm, six days a week, there was a pretty good chance you would see me sitting out the back working in the dark 😂

Having Minnie has changed that. I still get the work done, I just do the early hours from home now. I could not have her wake up and Dad not be there.

Real estate has always rewarded the hours nobody sees. Work hard, be prepared, but make sure you are there for the things that actually matter ❤️

Terrigal history hiding in plain sight 👀

Most people think of the Post Office on Pine Tree Lane, but the original Post Office was actually right here on Ash Street.
