It’s hard to let go of a home when you’ve already started imagining your life there.

We knew nothing was certain. But we’d still pictured the kids in the pool and where the Christmas tree would go.

Missing out hurt, even with everything we know about buying property.

We’re excited about the home we’ve since bought... but we wanted to share this part of the story too, because it’s a feeling so many buyers know.

Nick and Rach were living on the Northern Beaches and wanted more land, while still being close to the beach. What they didn’t want was to spend their week driving up to the Central Coast for open homes that might not be right.

So we inspected properties, filtered through the options and helped them focus on the homes worth making the trip for. They didn’t have to attend a single open home. And when the right one finally came up, we handled the negotiation and secured it for them.
