It's seems everyone is now back on board for 2023 and I’m confident this year will be a much better year than 2022! We are seeing building conditions improving, cost pressures are normalising, and the volume of new builds is decreasing. So this should mean we get back to normal construction times soon.

Many industry commentators are suggesting Adelaide and Perth as the best two cities to invest in. That is definitely not the case in our market (house and land). Both cities have long histories of meeting demand with ample supply. The government and developers trying to keep housing affordable, with lots and homes getting smaller, and the supply continues to expand.
