In 2013, SJC acquired 4 & 6 Tasman Street in Bondi, combining a 540sqm parcel of land, walking distance to Tamarama & Bronte Beach.

Not long after, Chanel 9 producers of approached and bought number 6 off SJC to complete 4 houses in a row for the upcoming Block series (last to be produced in NSW)

leased number 4 Tasman and used this as the House and office for the series, Dan who is the current foreman on the series renovated number 6 Tasman Street for the show with his wife Dani, they didn’t win the series but did a beautiful renovation of the home.

4 Tasman Street was then extensively renovated with plans drawn up by the Blocks architect, Julian Brenchley, here is the completed property.

Aro Ha was constructed over 2013-14 in Glenorchy on the pristine South Island of NZ. It consists of 16 separate buildings built over 3 lots.

We first experienced Aroha in 2016, when the property was just 2 years new, returning most years.
