Oh so true,

If an agent is willing to negotiate or discount when asked on their own selling fee, YOUR home is next to be discounted !!!!

A good sales rep or agent does NOT negotiate their own selling fee, they negotiate YOUR selling price 😄 Do not be fooled by a cheap commission , particularly in a market that requires great negotiation, from said sales representatives/agent.

It could seriously cost you 3 or 4 times the cheap fee amount as a home seller 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
