A lot has changed at Hilltops this quarter.

Our first residents have moved into Stage 1, new homes are continuing to take shape and works are moving ahead across the next stages of the community.

With more than 200 homesites now completed or under construction, plus another 114 lots approved, Hilltops is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

There’s plenty happening at Hilltops as the community continues to grow.

Our first residents have now moved into Stage 1, with more homes being built across Stages 1 and 8. Work is also progressing well across Stages 2 to 5, while Stage 6 is now underway, bringing the number of completed or under-construction homesites to more than 200.

Looking ahead, a further 114 lots have received Development Approval, while planning for the future Hilltops Town Centre continues to progress.

With new residents moving in and construction advancing across the community, there’s plenty more to look forward to at Hilltops.
