Our client is adding two brand-new two-bedroom units out the back, and our crew has been on site getting everything ready.

Here's what happens before a modular home arrives:
📍 Set-out: we mark every footing position from the plans (that's the bright pink paint!)
📏 Levels: the laser level and string lines keep everything accurate and square
🔩 Footings: the steel base plates go in, ready for the modules to sit on

Getting this part right means the units can go straight into position when they arrive. 💪

A backyard unit could be a home for family, a rental for extra income, or space to downsize without moving away.

✅ Plasterboard is all on, ready for painting
✅ Second coat of waterproofing done today

This is the stage most people never see. It’s also a big part of why factory-built homes work: the build happens under cover and gets checked before it ever reaches your site.

Four homes. One day. ⚡

This morning these were bare shells. By this afternoon all four were plastered, the bathrooms waterproofed and the insulation in.

That’s the speed of modular. Each crew has one core job, and they do it across every home before moving on. There are no trades waiting on each other and no rain days, so the work keeps moving.
