The Dan Dwan Team - Commercial Real Estate collaborated with our Retail Middle Markets Team, to establish a new benchmark for the highest price achieved for a non-metro QLD supermarket investment on behalf of our valued client Coles Group.

The Coles Toowoomba campaign generated over 200 campaign enquiries, highlighting the strong buyer depth for QLD supermarket investments which are highly sought due to their defensive characteristics. It was the first sale and lease back supermarket investment marketed in QLD since 2021, with pent-up demand resulting in competitive bidding from predominantly local and interstate private investors.
