I did this bathroom, in a shed. The gold wall panel was only meant to be in the shower, but the customer decided they wanted it through the whole bathroom. I think it's too much, what do you think ?

I have been doing up a deck, replacing some of the joists and putting a new merbau deck on. I will let it weather for a month or so, then we will clean it and oil it.

Happy Easter everyone, I Haven't posted for a while, I've been busy with the move. I am still finalising moving and emptying boxes.

I have been receiving emails from suppliers of materials, BMS, Dulux, Steeline and most others, and all are increasing their prices due to the current economic "crisis" price rises of up to 4.5%, and to make it worse, there is talk of a 1.75% "Temporary" fuel levy. For those of you that remember the temporary fuel levy during the gulf war, it never went away, and I can't see this time being any different.
As such, I will have to increase the cost of work, however I will try to keep it down as much as possible, but I have to survive as well. Hopefully things get back to some kind of normality soon.

Spent the day sanding the lounge room and hallway floors today, in our new home to be.
Ready to start varnishing tomorrow.

And like we weren't busy enough doing our renovations, the builder we had to do this for decided it had to be done this week, so we made it happen before the rain

I haven't posted for a while, as we have to move house, and couldn't find anywhere. But we found this old place that needs a lot of TLC, so we are tied up here trying to get it to a point where we can move in. The kids are excited and both want a feature wall in their rooms to make it their own space.

Did a little stencil spray job at Oakey Saturday, pictures don't do it justice. Antique tile stencil, done in greystone, All to match existing concrete around the pool.

The finished veranda, all level again, all rotted timber removed and replaced. We have more to do on this 121 year old home down the track.

Replacing the bearers on the veranda of this 120 year old house that have rotted out. Also jacking and packing to level it all up again.
