Behind the Scene | The Pigott’s Building ☘️
I’m not quite sure how to open up the perfect paragraph to introduce such a significant Toowoomba CBD property into my professional profile for LJ Ho**er Commercial Toowoomba.
The Pigott’s Building landmarks Ruthven Street together with Rowes Building on Russell Street, positioning Toowoomba as a regional retail hub back in the late 1800’s. The property was rebuilt in 1910, with the Ruthven Street facade remodelled in 1935, which has remained relatively intact.
The property has been passionately restored by the Rowe family, considered local philanthropists for their contribution and commitment to our community and Toowoomba’s CBD.
It’s breathtaking and one of a kind. The coloured lead light windows and the “P” insignia are notably a motif repeated in the series of rectangular sash windows on the first floor.
To be honest I can’t say much more about this leasing project just yet, but we’re working hard on this absolutely fabulous, character rich, Toowoomba’s CBD asset located at 381 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba City.
I am pinching myself at what vibrant activity lies ahead for the property, our community and Toowoomba CBD, as a whole. We’re bringing it back to life!!!
P.S. I’m nervous about this video but it’s done now - so we’ll see how we go!
I’m very thankful to Joe and Yossi along with Vue Digital for Vue Digitalofessional 🤩🤩🤩
