☕💛 Our Biggest Morning Tea has a new date 💛☕

Due to recent major surgeries for both Simone and Bel as part of their cancer journeys, we’ve made the decision to reschedule our Biggest Morning Tea.

📅 Wednesday, 24 June
⏰ 9:30am – 11:30am

We’d love our owners, trades, friends of the business and wider community to drop in for a cuppa, a bite to eat and a chat with the team while helping raise funds for the Cancer Council.

This is a cause that is very close to our hearts, and we’d be grateful for your support.

If you’re unable to attend but would still like to contribute, please contact the office and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Meet Bel 👋

As a Property Manager – Inspections Agent, Bel plays an important role in helping keep our properties well managed and our owners and tenants supported.

Bel brings strong organisational skills and excellent communication, developed through years of experience in retail and management roles. Her attention to detail, approachable nature and willingness to help, make her a valuable member of our Property Management Team.

Having joined Blackbird & Finch in 2025, Bel has embraced the opportunity to grow within the industry and is enjoying the challenge of developing her skills in property management.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her shopping, binge-watching a good series, or spending time with friends and family.

We’re thrilled to have Bel as part of the team.

A little hint at what’s ahead…

We’ve officially secured a new CBD location in Toowoomba. With a growing team and the need for more space (and car parks!), it felt like the right time.

We’ll still be at 6 Union St for a little while longer - there’s a bit of work to be done at the new space before we make the move.
