Bespoke Watch the story unfold with the restoration of Bespoke. The new owner put her spin on Toowoomba's iconic "Bike House", creating a beautiful 'tree house'.

The new owner purchased Bespoke in August 2015. The objective is to save the quirkiness and character of the late James Macdonald's "Bike House" as it had been nicknamed, and create a functional home amongst the trees in inner city Toowoomba. James was renowned in cycling communities as The Spokesman. Loving all things bicycles (except lycra). A true gentleman, the new owner hopes to retain James

presence throughout the house while putting her own touches in place. Engaging Brisbane Jim Gall Architects, she has developed a fantastic floor plan which makes best use of the space at hand, and also allows for functional living while retaining the character already present. Toowoomba builders are yet to be selected but this project is on the move and ready to go...almost. The wheels have started turning...(all puns intended).
