Running a small business can be tough sometimes.
When a client moves on without any communication, it does hit hard — especially when you know how much care, effort and pride goes into every single clean.
We’re a small business with an amazing team and we genuinely truly care about our job and your home. Every clean is completed by real people who show up each day wanting to do their best. Like everyone, we can have good days and off days too — but our intention is always the same: to provide a service we can be proud of.
I think I speak on behalf of most cleaning companies here -
People will often only notice the most minor things but never over look at the non stop hours of detailed work, cleaning out your clogged drains, removing heavily built up mould, making sure there is not one drop of shampoo left behind ( cause god forbid if we do that) or the genuine effort we put into making someone’s home feel fresh again.
We’re incredibly grateful to have built a loyal client base and to maintain a standard across our services. That comes from consistency, communication, and a team that genuinely gives their all.
We are very proud that this occurrence does not happen often, or really never at all, but if something isn’t quite right, we simply ask for communication. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation, feedback, or a chance to improve. Small businesses grow through communication.
