Abdullah Choudhari's Stone Real Estate operation has acquired the rent roll of Brand Property The Entrance – a long-standing agency owned by the Lamont family – folding it into his growing Central Coast business.

The Wyong office has also moved to larger premises to keep pace with demand.

Stone's Head of Franchise Luke Cameron said the deal reflects the brand's strategy of backing strong operators in key markets.

"Brand Property The Entrance has built an outstanding reputation in the local community under the ownership of the Lamont family, and we're proud to see that legacy continue as Abdullah and his team take the business forward," Luke said.

For Abdullah, it's a natural progression. "We're honoured to continue the strong foundations established by the Lamont family while bringing the benefits of the Stone network to clients."

Rent roll acquisitions remain one of the clearest growth plays in real estate – but integrating the culture and clients is where the real work begins.
