Would you know what condition your investment property was actually in on the day your tenant moved in?

Not what you remember.

What can you actually prove?

That’s where your Entry Condition Report becomes so important.

It records the condition of the property at the beginning of the tenancy…

so there’s something to compare against when the tenant leaves.

The more detailed, the better.

360° photos.

Cupboards.

Drawers.

Walls.

Floors.

Appliances.

And all those little details that are easy to forget months or years later.

Because at the end of the tenancy, it’s not simply:

“Is there damage?”

It’s:

“Was this damage there when the tenant moved in?”

If your report doesn’t clearly establish that…
